Wallet balance is 0 even with transaction

Hello. I have one problem. I sent 1 ergo into wallet and transaction has show up. Status is complitet but my balance is still 0 after 12 hours. Another ergo arived and it's confirmed but balance still 0.
Any help will be good. Thanks
