Bug: Wallet status sometimes shows "connected" after disconnecting

Describe the bug

After disconnecting the wallet, the UI still shows the "connected" status, which confuses users into thinking they are still connected.

Steps

1. Connect a wallet using the Coinbase Wallet SDK.
2. Disconnect the wallet (either manually or through the app).
3. Observe that the status still shows "connected" after disconnection.
4. Try performing an action that requires an active connection and notice the error.

Expected behavior

The wallet status should update immediately after disconnecting to show that the wallet is no longer connected
