Bug: Transaction does not show status update after submitting via the Coinbase Wallet SDK

Describe the bug

After submitting a transaction through the Coinbase Wallet SDK, the status does not update immediately in the UI. This causes confusion, as users may not know whether the transaction is processing or if it failed

Steps

1. Open the app using the Coinbase Wallet SDK.
2. Submit a transaction through the wallet interface.
3. Observe that the transaction status does not immediately update in the UI.
4. Check whether the UI reflects the transaction’s status (pending, successful, or failed).

Expected behavior

The UI should update immediately after a transaction is submitted, showing the current status (e.g., "pending", "successful", or "failed")

@agency-punier - I can help fix this!
The issue is that the SDK doesn't track transaction status after submission. We need to add polling for transaction receipts and emit status events.
I'll work on a PR if you want. Can you test it once ready?
