Combining with the old Archon for RAG?

Hi,
I am still using the old Archon as a RAG knowedgebase. Some of the information stored there is my own bunch of PDFs and technical documentation, so switching to context7 won't meet all my needs.

Is there any way I can install, configure and run the new Archon, while retaining the old one as an MCP tool available to claude code for RAG? And in a way that they won't cause an "identify confusion" to each other...

Or would you recommend that I switch to some other local RAG tool optimized for storing technical documentation? Because the old Archon was (and frankly still is) great for that.
