A few potential areas to consider:
- Shipping cadence: Should we formalize a weekly context review process to respond to changes in underlying models?
- Retention metrics: Can we define specific metrics (e.g., prompt reuse, override frequency, user trust indicators) to track whether our context setups are truly valuable long-term?
- Transparency: How do we bake explain-ability into context composition—so users/devs know why certain context is included?
- PRD evolution: Do we need a dedicated “AI-native PRD template” that captures assumptions around model behavior, user intent volatility, and prompt fragility?
