bootstrap not called automaticaly before deploy

in fact it is not so!
why?

The docs are out of date and need to be fixed. In the latest code the
process is split between two commands to make it less magic.
Hostout host bootstrap
Hostout host deploy

Former you only need to run once and will do everything inc creating users
and installing python and will often need sudo.
Later you can do repeatedly and only uses the buildout user.
