`None` type does not get linked in Sphinx

There is a bug in Sphinx where the None type does not get linked.

sphinx-doc/sphinx#10899.

I wasted some time looking for why this was the case. There's nothing to be done here in icalendar, but it would be great to contribute a PR upstream in Sphinx to restore this feature. Then we can have it in icalendar.

This can stay open until it is fixed upstream. The NLNet budget is encouraged to be used for an upstream fix.

@Kirubapanneers you can start work on issues at your convenience, no need to ask. Perhaps we should add that to our contributing guide:

Like most free and open source software, icalendar promotes "free" part, meaning freedom or liberty.

-   You can start work on issues without asking, although you may ask questions to clarify the scope of work before you start.
-   We don't assign issues.
-   It's considerate to other contributors to add a comment of "I'm working on this issue." to let them know not to duplicate your effort.

What do you think? That could be another pull request! 😄 I'll create an issue for it.

@Kirubapanneers I already took on the first-timer docs improvement task. No need to do anything there.

I looked at your upstream pull request to Sphinx. To be honest, it's bad form and inconsiderate. It doesn't fix the issue, it's just a few new blank lines, and it fails their CI checks. I'd suggest you review and follow their contributing guidelines, and run tests locally first, and close that PR. Please respect the maintainers' time.
