Feature request: Add "audit_comment" in destroy/destroy_all

Sometimes I need to record the reason why a particular record is being deleted and being able to specify this as an audit comment would be nice. Example:

```rb
Negotiation.first.destroy(audit_comment: "Duplicate negotiation")
```
