Better distribute responsibilities

Are there things that people can/want to take over from the core organizers?

I can think of such areas as:

• Scheduling (reminder emails, etc.)
• Community Management (making sure that participants stay involved and talk to each other, even in between meetings, see also Better communication channel #31)
• Laptops (provisioning, cataloging, keeping track, finding more, ...)
• orgnaize 1-to-1 Mentor Program (assigning each coach to individual students, so they have a contact person and somebody to check in on their progress)
• "Student CRM" (keeping track of who our students are, what they did, etc. so a coach can look it up to get an idea what to do next)
• Learning Content (what do we have? what do we need? giving coaches an overview of what is available)
