Customizable auto-loading of a trace

Hi, it would be super handy for me to be able to specify a URL of a trace to automatically load when spall-web loads.  Speedscope lets you stick `#profileURL=...` in the URL.  Perfetto requires a dance with `postMessage()`.  I'd even be fine with setting it at build time.
