Refactor compas-sct methods

As a CoMPAS-SCT developer

I want compas-sct-commons to be refactored in order to have methods more readable and easy to understand.

• findPathDoTypeToDA
• findPathSDOToDA (Check that this method is used somewhere)
• getResumedDTTByDaName

So that code become clean and more maintainable.
