User Story

As a maintainer,
I want to consider the COMPAS-LNodeStatus of the source LDevice and LN instead of the Mod.stVal.
So that we can ensure the correct status of the source is used for further processing.

Acceptance criteria

The system should check the COMPAS-LNodeStatus of the source LN during the consideration process.

The Mod.stVal of the LN in question should not be used for determining the status of the source.
