Provide Types as npm Package

### Description

Currently there is no package for the types, it would be wonderfull if you can create one.

### Expected Behavior

A package with the type definitions.

### Current Behavior

There is no package.

### Context

Currently developing a ng2 application against commercetools api and the package would be wonderfull for model definitions.
