FPT_TST.1 and FPT_FLS.1 dependency on FCS_RBG.1

Both FPT_TST.1 and FPT_FLS.1 depend on FCS_RBG.1, but somehow the rendered document says "depends upon selection in FCS_RBG.1.2." I don't understand how/why it gets rendered like that, the cross-references seem correct.
