Update gpcp.xml

Addressed some concerns sent via email:

1) FMT_SMF.1 removed an extraneous "of" from #11.

2) FPT_ROT_EXT.2.1 reworded first sentence for better readability.

3) ADV_FSP.1 missing word "not" added before "necessarily have interfaces to the Operational Environment".
