Update gpcp.xml

Final correction of FCS_CKM_EXT.7 to match CCDB Crypto Requirements without breaking out the individual FCS_COP subheadings as discussed on today's call. Satisfies issue #91  .

Corrected "dependent" to "dependent on" in FCS_CKM_EXT.7 as requested in issue #89 . Other concerns deemed OBE during today's call.
