FPT_TST.1 when the TOE invokes the platform

How is the TOE expected to perform a self test if the TOE does not implement the DRBG? If the platform is being invoked, it may not be possible to know unless you are requiring that there be a specific implementation details about reading something related to the state of the DRBG, but that seems to be getting into implementation details and not security requirements.

This would seem to need to be made selection-based for when the TOE includes the DRBG, not when invoking it from the platform.

Per #13 and #15 it is reasonable to specify FPT_TST.1 as being selection-based on the condition that the TSF implements its own DRBG, because if it uses the platform DRBG it is reasonable to assume the platform is doing its own such checks.
