FCS_HTTPS_EXT.1 may not be implemented by the TSF #18
Description
Since HTTPS is just HTTP using TLS, the security functionality of HTTPS may not be implemented by the TOE, it may be invoked from the platform-provided TLS.
This should have a selection like the other FCS SFRs to choose how this is invoked
