Ignore all the failing UI tests until fixed

Our UI has changed a lot over time and we have not been able to keep the UI tests in sync for quite some time. The CI has been failing, blocking the further steps too. The ideal fix is to update them and make it mandatory for the subsequent pull requests to update the tests/add new tests (we need to evaluate the feasibility of this). However, that will take long, given that the debt has accumulated over time.

The idea is to temporarily disable them, but starting this issue to discuss better alternatives :)

• We no longer have the hamburger icon at the top but the three dots having further list of items (basically more features packed instead of just one we had initially).
• Permissions are device dependent now. Newer versions of Android have stricter access and granular permissions.

PS: Interestingly, this test doesn't actually cancel the upload and needs to perform another click 😅

It's good to ignore them for now. But I think we should start updating our tests as well. There are so many tests ignored. I can work on this task and incrementally update them. What do you think?
