Explore Map: If available, show localized caption rather than filename

Explore>Map shows green tooltips for each picture.

Problem: Filenames are often not user-friendly, and also not in the user's language.

Solution: When a caption is available for that picture in the user's language, show it instead of filename. See how it is done in Explore>Featured.

I’ve tested the behavior locally and confirmed the problem.
