Generate a reasonably sized image media for WMC

If the image processed is large (width or height > 640?), add another image media object for an 640-sized image. It seems that those can be generated on the fly for WMC by preceeding the image filename with the desired size (see all the different image sizes on the wikimedia image info pages, e.g.).
