[storage] Guide for configuring databases

Hi all,

Most databases have many configuration parameters.
This is amazing for tuning them for specific use cases.
It would be great to have some guidelines for tuning the databases, and also have recommended configs for the databases (similar to commonware_p2p::authenticated::discovery::Config::recommended).

I know this is a big lift, and also requires the databases to be stabilized, but I just wanted to see if there are plans for adding this?
