Expected Behavior
The event modals should display a time selection widget that is consistent with the time-display settings.
Current behaviour
After an event is created, click the event in the calendar to open the modal. The time is displayed in AM/PM notation instead of the 24-hour format even if the 24-hour format is selected in the settings.
