Error updating Technitium

I'm trying to update Technitium from 13.6 to 14.3, however, I'm getting errors when trying to update...

Output from running update:

PVE version: 8.2.4
Current Technitium version: 13.6
Debian version: 12

I'm not sure what else I can give you to troubleshoot this

But the service didn't come up. Web UI didn't respond on port 5380, and DNS queries failed.

The fix from #8978 got dotnet installed, and everything is up and running again
