Frigate superfluous dev libraries?

Hello, I installed Frigate using the community script. I noticed however, a many dev libraries. Why not remove the ones that are not used for runtime to save some space? This is not just the frigate script, but in general. They seem to be a considerable amount of at least 500>MB.

Often we need those dev tools to build the apps, as sometimes they get not shipped pre built.
So when they are installed they are mostly needed.

Even during runtime? I mean post installation, when the apps are already built.

On update yes. as things get built again.We would delete it and then reinstall
