[Debian 13] VM will initialize, but console is broken

• Proxmox version: 9.1
• Default settings: Yes
• Advanced settings: No
• Exact command: bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVE/main/vm/debian-13-vm.sh)"

Description

When you use the script and install with default settings on any storage option, the VM will boot up but nothing happens, noVNC console shows no image, xterm.js is getting stuck trying to start:

starting serial terminal on interface serial0

Steps to reproduce

• Open shell on proxmox node
• enter bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/community-scripts/ProxmoxVE/main/vm/debian-13-vm.sh)"
• follow default install steps
• VM will start automaticall
• does not initialize

Working Like Charm. Did you sigkill the Install?

problem is, i have no error output. it seems lilke as soon debian is booting up, the rendering in the console is distorted. i am only able to record a video of it

The output from the install not the lxc, as it either failed or as mick said about you aborted it before it complately finished.

i deployed it now again, on another node. Working here fine too.
Can you wait a little bit, after success, i think ~30sec and then switch to vm?
