add a Shiny app for exploration and visualisation of database

Include a Shiny app within the package (inside inst/ directory) main functionalities of which are:

• Database exploration (e.g. filtering, selecting required dataset and then downloading what is needed by user);

• Data visualisation including plots, maps etc
