Description
In https://compound.finance/governance/proposals
when I clicked on page number "2" it is not redirecting to Page#2 to show next list of proposals.
Only when click on "NEXT" button it is redirecting to next Page#2.
Similarly if I am on Page#2 and click on Page#1, it is not redirecting to Page#1.
