Eligible for gift aid report issue

On the gift aid report, in the filter's the eligible for gift aid question isn't a SELECT option, it is a number range. This means we have to use the value rather than the label. Also means I cannot choose Yes and Yes, in last 4 years as No is between these.

Can this be fixed to make it a radio button option so yes/no rather than having to put 1 in for yes?

Issue is on d master civi version also- 5.20.alpha 1 using gift aid extension 3.0.4
Civicrm version 5.13.4 and gift aid version 3.0.4
