Error during database upgrade

Hi,

I've just done a multi-version upgrade, CiviCRM 4.7.29 to 5.29. Wordpress 5.5.1

The upgrade went without a hitch, as did any extension upgrades but afterwards CiviCRM prompted for a database upgrade for the Gift Aid extension. It switched to a screen headed Database Upgrades and progresses most of the way through and then:

Error: Upgrade uk.co.compucorp.civicrm.gift aid to revision 3111
Cannot install 'UFField', expected 0 or 1 matching {"uf_group_id":"14","field_name":"custom_1"} but found 3

I tried clicking both the Retry and Skip buttons and get:
[Error: undefined] Queue runner must be configured before execution.

I've run into this on version 3112. Is there a workaround?
