Duplicate result when fact belongs to the implicit and explicit fact/set

Description:

Can be seen by running select * where { ?s ?p ?o } in such cases. I think the core of Comunica will have a similar issue if the same fact occurs twice in two different fact-sets. I need to see whether these semantics are correct; or whether some (fairly heavy duty) filtering needs to be done here.
