Redo (?) in hugo #72
Description
ATM it is heavily based on https://github.com/buddycloud/buddycloud.com and has nice features for the menu and nice styling but otherwise quite awkward. I think it might be nice to redo it in hugo with taxonomies for center members, projects, etc

- "smart" publications
- "smart" publications from a single source -- either just DOIs or BibTeX records (TODO: find issue relating to it somewhere).
- example is http://haxbylab-old.dartmouth.edu/publications.html -- full list of publications from a single .bib file, then you could have filter / select for a specific person, e.g. http://haxbylab-old.dartmouth.edu/ppl/yarik.html#publications
