The package is unable to be built via the conan recipe. It looks like the issue is a broken link to the source page that no longer exists.

Hello @Connor-A ! It seems like your report is duplicated with #22635 and #22632. This issue is now fixed by the PR #22633.

Please, update your local copy to have that fix making effect:

conan install -r conancenter --update --requires=icu/74.2
