Docker tests are broken on CI

Description of Problem, Request, or Question

After releasing 0.37, all new PR are failing on Docker jobs. However, those errors only occurs on Github Actions, because locally all is working normally.

Need to check if some required Action updated its version and now affected those jobs.

Steps to reproduce (Include if Applicable)

• Open a PR to CPT (change anything)
• Docker jobs will fail
