As a quick feedback, not related to the VS-extension: There are many options in ConanCenter recipes, as the activation of CUDA in opencv, that are not built or tested in the ConanCenter CI. As such, they might not work in all cases out of the box. There is some ongoing work to improve CUDA support in Conan and also to ConanCenter recipes, but still not there. So be aware that even when defining these options, it is likely that things might require extra work, and specially if working in build systems such as VS, because CUDA support will likely be more complete in CMake.
