stamps - parseSVG false does not work for Font Awesome SVGs #87

Hi,
really like drawing-tool, exactly the little editor I was looking for.
I want to include all regular SVGs from font awesome [1], and tried to set parseSVG to false. The editor now loads quicker, and the SVGs have a better fitting size in the stamp tool, but stamping itself actually does not work (just does not draw the image).
What is the advantage of parsing the SVGs anyway? I would have assumed that I could change the SVG line / background color for example (which would be awesome).
Does anyone know what the problem could be?
