Needs a few lines in Readme about running the command to set it up #14

Description

@Mesuva

I've had quite a few people ask me about this add-on over the years, where they've installed it and expected it to work straight away.

My understanding is that you have to install it and then run (or automate) the cf:ip:update command.
Without doing that, I don't believe the config file of trusted cloudflare proxies is actually created, so the add-on doesn't do anything.

The current Readme file gives the impression that it should just work after install - perhaps that wording needs to be changed, and the update command referenced? Should it also be a Task?
