Depend on nbconvert if jupyter_server uses nbconvert-core? #325

nbconvert-core is now available as a dependency, which doesn't bring along the hard dependency on pandoc.
I made conda-forge/jupyter_server-feedstock#86 to discuss whether jupyter_server, our source of nbconvert should adopt core.
If it were to happen, then we would need to decide if this feedstock should depend on "full" nbconvert, to maintain the status quo behavior, part of what makes installing JupyterLab from conda-forge attractive.
This could be done as a blanket dependency to maintain the status quo, or could be multiple outputs, e.g. jupyterlab with nbconvert and jupyterlab-core without it.
