Noticed there's not a migrator PR for Python 3.13 (maybe I missed it?). Are there any blockers to enabling 3.13 builds?

Upstream has indeed released 3.13 wheels (not 3.13t)

The 3.13 migration lists gymnasium as a blocker for ray-packages. It seems this PR to update gymnasium needs work conda-forge/gymnasium-feedstock#44
