Add vs2026_win-64 output?

I did not tested myself, but I heard from some users that the vs2022_win-64 is not working with the latest Visual Studio 2026 . fyi @S-Dafarra

See #110, which was running into issue with the license file not being present anymore (at least not in the location it used to be). Also, we need actions/runner-images#13291.

I hope that's not the case, that would be very disruptive. But I'm assuming that even if it did happen, it'd be considered a bug that'll be fixed - the last few VS updates have always provided the prior toolsets without issue, and I don't expect this to change materially.
