Updating `conda-pypi` trusted publishing in PyPI

After the graduation from conda-incubator to conda, conda-pypi needed an updated Trusted Publishing configuration in PyPI (because the repository name, as in {org}/{repo}, is part of the "contract") to re-enable their release workflow.

I made these changes in pypi.org now, so if anyone in @conda/infrastructure received an email, they know why :)

Can confirm that the PyPI audit log for conda-pypi contains removing the old https://github.com/conda-incubator/conda-pypi trusted publisher and adding the new one under https://github.com/conda/conda-pypi
