Glossary repo needs owner or shutdown

This initiative was started a while back and we vacillated on factors like how much oversight it required.
I'm looking for a TAC owner to clean it up.
If we don't have one in 2 weeks by our next meeting then I move that we archive the repo.

@AlecFernandez I think you were going to see if users e.g. CSA were making use of it and we would break references by closing it.
