Add support for deploying the peer pods

This is kinda broad as it involves kata-deploy helm-chart deploying the kata-remote runtimeClass, and also changing $SOMETHING, which I still don't know what it is, to have peer pods deployed from the chart we're providing here.

I don't see a problem with that.

I started the peerpods charts here:

But probably I will try to push this to the caa repo.
