Add support for deploying Trustee

This is also a super broad issue, as we Trustee still doesn't have helm charts publicly available as part of our repos.

But once we have something, we should add it as one of the dependencies here.

Hi, we will soon enough have a "raw" kubernetes deployment of trustee, could it be an idea if we made an branch with that to begin changing it to a helm chart?
