Add fuzzing?

Maybe we should add some fuzzing to Trustee?

We can reuse some of the code from the integration tests to spin up a Trustee instance. We probably want to start with the KBS Protocol endpoints?

There are a couple rust fuzzing tools out there. Cargo fuzz (requires nightly?), honggfuzz, afl. Has anyone used these before?
