Support Kafka Streams in .Net

Description

Do you have any plan to support a high level abstraction of Streams/Tables in .Net.
One issue is opened for a while (aka #344) but it seems stuck, no more activity on it.

Delivering a Kafka Streams API in .Net will help every developers to leverage Stream Processing with Kafka in the .Net world. Today our scope is hardly limited to JAVA.

Please consider it !
