image given in cp-all-in-one-kraft is not found, docker-compose up fails

Description
When trying to use the Docker-compose example, the image given in https://github.com/confluentinc/cp-all-in-one/blob/master/cp-all-in-one-kraft/docker-compose.yml#L6, is not found

$ docker-compose up

Error response from daemon: failed to resolve reference "docker.io/confluentinc/cp-kafka:7.6.x-latest": docker.io/confluentinc/cp-kafka:7.6.x-latest: not found

Troubleshooting
On Docker hub, there is no image with 7.6
