Kraft controller raft-metrics won't be exposed

Describe the issue
Kraft controller raft-metrics won't be exposed via JMX exporter by default. Since they are valuable metrics we should add it to the related ansible template.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Ubuntu 20.04
• CP-Ansible Branch: 7.7.2-post
• Ansible Version [e.g. ansible 2.9.6]
