Describe the issue
Control Center Next Gen Basic Authentication is working due to a misconfigured PropertyFileLoginModule package when used with CP 8.x upward.
To Reproduce
Deploy a CP 8.x environement with BASIC authentication for Control Center Next Gen.
Expected behaviour
Authentication should work out of the box.
Additional context
The correct package is set for REST Proxy but not for Control Center.
The fix consists in applying this change c02f424 to Control Center
