Add & Switch ETH Network as EIP-3085 specified. Tested with Metamask & imToken.

EIP-3085 defined add method not support mainnet for security reason，so there is no programming methods to switch to mainnet. I'll continue to focus this EIP-3326 draft, which will resolve this problem.
